OUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Our goal is to offer the best
possible service we can to all our customers. We understand that mistakes can
and do occur when human beings are involved in any enterprise. We are no
exception whatsover!
Games By Bea, Inc. will endeavor to promptly
remedy a problem as soon as we are made aware of it by the customer.
If a customer receives any
product from our company that turns out to be:

defective

not the item ordered

unsatisfactory for any reason
We can remedy the problem as follows:

If a product is defective, the customer
may keep it and we will send a new one at no cost to the customer.

If we sent the wrong product, the
customer may keep the wrong product, and we will send the correct one, at no
cost to the customer.

If the customer is totally dissatisfied
with the product received from us, we ask the
customer to return to us the product and we will give a full
refund on all the product the customer had paid for along with the cost of
shipping back to us.
